	Gold-plated souvenir medallion with ring for ribbon on the top. Front shows a scene of a balloon over Paris that is tethered to the ground. Labeled 'Panorama de Paris / 1878.' Reverse says 'Souvenir / de mon Ascension / dans / le Grand Ballon Captif / a Vapeur / de Mr. Henry Giffard'.
